Temperature Control NTC Thermistor and Temperature Sensor Ordering Information and Precautions
Ordering information:
1. Please provide complete model parameters when ordering
Including resistance and error, B value, external dimensions, wire length and temperature range.
2. If you do not determine the parameters, please provide the following data
1) Use
2) Use of environmental conditions
3) temperature measurement and temperature control range
4) Dimensions
5) Test power
6) Zero-power resistance values and their errors at two or more temperature points of interest
3. Can be sheathed according to customer requirements
Can process connection terminals according to customer requirements
Can be made of high dissipation products, the test current can be much higher than the traditional structure of the sensor, simplifying the circuit.
Can be manufactured according to customer's special requirements (parameters, shapes).
Precautions:
1. As far as possible, the thermistor and its temperature sensor should be avoided in a rapidly changing temperature environment to avoid aging.
2. The current flowing through the thermistor and its temperature sensor will cause the device to heat itself and generate a temperature difference, so please take this factor into consideration before selecting. (The element self-heating value is 1/10 of the dissipation factor δ (mW/°C), the temperature difference is 0.1°C, and the temperature difference is 0.01°C when 1/100 of δ.)
3. Poor insulation, electrostatic induction, and incorrect wiring of the electric furnace can cause excessive current flow through the thermistor and temperature sensor and cause damage. It is necessary to pay attention to the connection method. Do not use excessive current flowing through the thermistor or temperature. sensor.
4. After 5 seconds (seconds), preferably 7 seconds (seconds) or longer, start the measurement again.
5. When the use of the environment requires rapid measurement and high accuracy, a small size and a small time constant should be selected.
6. If water droplets, dust, or ionic compounds due to dew condensation are attached to the surfaces of lead wires or insulators, the resistance value will drop or become unstable and measurement errors will occur. Therefore, moisture and insulation must be applied to keep it dry.
